What Parents Say
“Open Arms has been part of our family for both our children’s upbringing. Their facilities, faith-based programs, and caring staff have helped pave the way for the best possible care and education we could ask for our children.”
Jamie P.
We have been extremely pleased with how all of our children have developed at Open Arms. The teachers are attentive and truly care about “their” kids … As parents, it is a great feeling knowing your children enjoy their environment.
Fred H.
We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Open Arms for our daycare. After touring many facilities in the area, it was Open Arms staff that made us feel comfortable and at home. We loved everyone we met on our tour and we especially took to Infant Room 2. I trust everyone at Open Arms and would recommend the infant care to all of my friends and family.
Whitney & Nate B.
Emma loves music class on Tuesdays and I love that the she gets to go to chapel on Wednesdays. I feel like she is in a loving, Christian environment and that makes me so happy.
Cassie B.
We have been especially pleased with the teachers and other faculty members as they have always been so compassionate and caring with our babies. They encourage parent involvement and make Open Arms a fun learning environment for our children.

We’d love to share with you all about Open Arms Lutheran Child Development Center! Tours are a great way to get to know our staff and learn more about our childcare, early childhood education, and Pre-K options. We also look forward to getting to know you and your child!
At Open Arms we utilize the One In Christ early childhood curriculum throughout the child’s day and into all areas of development. Children will explore God’s world as they develop math and science skills, thinking processes, learn to express themselves, develop listening and speaking skills, create art and develop their artistic potential, and develop their social skills.
Children learn through play, and at Open Arms we offer many opportunities to discover new interests and develop new skills, both inside and outside of the classroom. Enrichment classes for Open Arms students include cooking, soccer, dance, Playball, theatrics, and more.
The Lutheran Church of the Ascension, located right here on the Open Arms campus, is a Christ-centered, liturgical church that seeks to know God and make Him known in the Atlanta community and beyond. Open Arms families are always welcome to join Ascension for worship! Check out www.Ascension-LCMS.com to learn more.
